Cancellation Requirements

Florida IV Therapy mandates a minimum advance notification of one (1) hour for the cancellation of any booked services. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a cancellation fee of $100 for the reserved service.

Non-cancellable Time Frame

Services booked less than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled time cannot be cancelled, and the full fee for such services will be charged.

Group Appointments

Cancellation policies for group appointments, defined as bookings for two (2) or more individuals, align with those for individual appointments. To avoid charges, a minimum of one (1) hour advance notice is required for the cancellation of any participant(s) in the group. In instances where the cancellation notice for any member(s) of the group is not provided as required, a fee of $100 per non-cancelled service will be imposed. For illustration, if a service is scheduled for six (6) individuals and only four (4) attend without the required cancellation notice for the absent members, a charge of $100 will be levied for each uncancelled service.

Missed Appointments

Appointments that are not attended and for which no cancellation notice has been provided are non-refundable.
